Comfort Inn & Suites is a project located in Grove City OH. The project features a structure of ICF (insulated concrete forms) and an attractive masonry exterior. The project included many small owner specific details to set the hotel apart from a “prototypical” Comfort Suites. Contract included management of the project from design phase through completion of FF&E.
