Linda's career in commercial construction projects started 32 years ago and involves soliciting bids from subcontractors and suppliers for project budgeting; project cost accounting; writing contracts and purchase orders; owner and subcontractor correspondence; and, marketing. For a number of year’s Linda also worked with a commercial realtor and obtained an Ohio real estate license which led to a family hobby of flipping houses. Hobbies these days, however, are much less intense - grandkids, gardening, and traveling!
