Monroe has had 32 years of experience in the construction industry that include both residential and commercial. Some of his experience includes steel building erections, interior trim, masonry, framing, and flooring for new construction as well as remodeling existing buildings. Monroe enjoys spending time with his wife Carolyn, their two sons and two daughters, and two grandchildren. Some things he does to relax and refresh are vacationing with family, sitting around a campfire and building relationships.
